Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Deposits are fully refundable within this window. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

We don't provide boxes as standard but can source them on request. We do provide blankets, straps, and a trolley for every job at no extra cost. For house moves, we recommend sourcing boxes from local storage companies or supermarkets.

We recommend booking 3-5 days ahead for house moves, especially at weekends. But we can often accommodate last-minute bookings — just call and ask. Student moves at the end of term book up fast, so plan ahead for June and September.

We can move almost anything that fits in a Transit van. We don't transport hazardous materials, live animals, or anything illegal. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll let you know.

Yes. We're available 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend slots are popular so book early. Out-of-hours moves (early mornings, late evenings) can also be arranged.
